Abstract
On the basis of the broken nonlinear chiral U(3) ´ U(3) dynamics the physical consequences are calculated for PB and BB interactions at the low energies (up to ~ 50 Mev in L-frame). The contributions from P, Vm and Am nonets are taken into account. The results obtained are in satisfactory agreement with experiment.

  Abstract
The vector and axial vector mesons are introduced into the chiral U(3) ´ U(3) dynamics in a gauge invrariant way. Decay widths of this mesons are calculated both without symmetry breaking and with symmetry breaking. Obtained results are in satistactory agreement with experiment.

  Abstract
The meson-baryon Lagrangian invariant under the nonlinear chiral transformations of the SU(3) ´ SU(3) group is broken in two ways: the multipletic breaking and the (3,3 * )+(3 * , 3) breaking are considered. S - and p - wave lengths of PP and PB scatterings are calculated on the base of the broken Lagrangians. The comparison with available experimental data and other theoretic predictions is carried out.

  Abstract
A sufficient condition is established for conserving the covariance of derivatives in the non - linear chiral SU(n)´SU(n) dynamics when introducing the symmetry breaking which may contain the field derivatives.

  Abstract
The nonlinear chiral SU(3)´SU(3) dynamics (Gürsey exponential parametrization) of pseudoscalar mesons and baryons with modified multiplet symmetry breaking is considered.   Abstract
In the nonlinear chiral SU(3)´SU(3) dynamics with modified multiplet symmetry breaking the anomalous magnetic moments of baryons are taken into account and the differential cross-sections of the reaction of photoproduction of K mesons on the nucleons at the threshold and near it are calculated. The satisfactory quantitative agreement with the experiment for the reaction gr ® K + å 0 and the satisfactory qualitative agreement with the experiment for the reaction gr® K + L are obtained. The constants g KN L and g KN å are calculated also and they agree with the results of the work [1]. The comparison with other theoretical predictions is carried out as well.

  Abstract
The breaking of isotopic invariance is introducod in the non-linear chiral SU(3)´SU(3) dynamics with the help of Cabibbo rotation in the unitarity spac of Lagrangian broken to the SU(2) symmetry by the modified multiplet way. The slope parameter and the widths of decays h®p + p - p 0 and h®3p 0 are calculated on the basis of the obtained Lagrangian. The comparison is carried out with other theoretical works.

  Abstract
Experimental isomer ratios in the (g, n) reactions on the nuclei 168 Er, 180 Hf and 184 W are determined. Results of the experiment with theoretical calculations in the statistical fermi-gas model are compared.

  Abstract
The Noether theorem on the conservation laws is generalized for three types of quite arbitrary invariance transformations of the system of equations in partial derivatives; the transformations of the second and the third types are not necessary the Lie ones. Moreover, in any transformation of the third type the, "spin part" of the transformation is not separated from the rest part of it. The present generalization allows us to extend essentially the number of conservation laws wich may be calculated according to the Noether theorem. The theorems about the structure of the conservation laws, following from the invariance of the equations under the conformal algebra and its generalizations, are formulated to illustrate the phenomenon.

  Abstract
We began the construction of the electrodynamics in terms of the experimentally observed quantities - intensities E and H , the potentials A m not being used. A Lagrange function is suggested for wich the Eiler-Lagrange equations exactly coincide with the Maxwell equations in vacuum. P-, T-invariance transformations of the Maxwell equations and Lagrange function are considered. A 32-parametric invariance algebra of the Maxwell equations in the matrix-differential class of operators of the first order is established. We have got the fundamental and new additional conservation laws according to the Noether theorem as a consequence of this algebra and Lagrange function.

  Abstract
The experimental values of izomer ratios h for nuclei 167 Er, 179 Hf, and 183 W at energy E = 6.0 MeV are detetermined. Theoretical calculations of h in energy region 4-8 MeV in the statistical model are carried out. Within the experimental errors an agreement of the theory and experiment is observed for examined isomer ratios at distinguished values of spin out off parameter s.

  Abstract
Peculiarities of the Anderson localization in the strongly anisotropic structures are investigated using of the Ioffe-Geggel criteria. There was shown possibility “to switch off” the band mechanism of conductivity. The dynamics of the electrons has the complicated nature by the different degrees of degeneration also.

  Abstract
Using the microtron- M-30 at the accelerated electron energy of 8 MeV, the kinetic functions of 232 Th, 235,238 U, 237 Np, 239 Pv and those of the mixtures 232 Th + 238 U, where the amount of the delayed neutrons is normalized to the summary photoneutron and prompt fission neutron yield, are determined. The kinetic functions are characterized by the discrimination relations 2 and that permits to identify the fission nuclides with error of ± 0,1.

  Abstract
A scalar under the transformations from the whole Poincare group R=R (1,3) Lagrange function Z is found for the system of interacting tensor electromagnetic B=( E,H ) and spinor Y fields; the interaction Lagrangian appears here to be minimal and local. The standard Umov-Pointing theorem is the consequence of the translation invariance of the above mentioned Lagrange approach, in spite of depending Z on a vector constant l=(l m ). Definite combinations of “Zilch” - conservation quantities follow from additional invariance of Maxwell equations.

  Abstract
The experimental technique with crossed atomic and molecular beams and mass -spectrometric apparatus is described. The data aquisition system consists of a multichannel analyser NTA-1024 and a microcomputer. The molecular complexes and atomic oxides creation has been observed in resulting mass-spectra. The interpretation of the data obtained is given.

  Abstract
The yields and cross-sections of delayed neutron formations are determined at a fission of 232 Th, 235,238 U, 237 Np and 239 Pu by gamma-quanta of bremstrahlung in the range of EI giant resonance. The resulting data are explained by systematics of complete and absolute yields of delayed neutrons and the model of five-Gauss mass distribution of fission products.

  Abstract
Vector Lagrange functions have been constructed and analyzed for the electromagnetic fields E,H in terms of field strengths, for spinor fields Y and for system of interacting fields ( E,H )and Y.   Abstract
The method for construction of thermodynamic functions and consideration of the ordering in semiconducting solid solutions and non-crystalline (polymeric, vitreous) materials is proposed. The assumption that the same atoms with different binding energy are statistically non-eqyivalent is used. The method can be easy generalised to investigate solid alloys that include point defects and their clasters.

  Abstract
The program of canonical quantization of the electromagnetic field strengths B=( E,H ) is performed. We have found the simplest Lagrange function in terms of field strengths which has allowed, the interpretation of the electric field strength E as the field coordinate and the magnetic field strength H -as the field momentum. The 000 component of the Lipkin Zilch tensor plays the role of the Hamiltonian density in this scheme. We have connected the canonical amplitudes of the scheme with the creation and annihilation operators of the real (transverse) photons. This allowed us to find the commutation relations for the quantized field strengths tensor B(x)º(B mn (x)) in the manifestly covariant form.

  Abstract
It was shown, that the curve of time distribution of delayed neutrons consists of two ranges: in the first range - 0< t < 3 16c the decay and neutron activity accumulation are considered, in the second range t > l6c only the decay is considered.   Abstract
The possibility of the use of the method of of local density functional in calculation of relative probability of atomic electron, capture by the 202 Tl nucleus is studied.
The probabilities of the capture out of different atomic shells are calculated. The calculation results are compared with known theoretical and experimental data.

  Abstract
A series of experimental studies on the influence of alkali and alkaline-earth metal films on the electro-physical properties of solar elements used for spacecraft energy supply have been carried out.
Metal films of different thicknesses were deposited using an effusion source, the mass of the film was calculated using the measured atomic beam density. The Mg film thicknesses was determined by means of a microscopic technique. The dynamics of the current-to-voltage characteristic variation was studied for different film thiknesses and chemical compositions in vacuum and in oxygen atmosphere.

  Abstract
The termodynamics of defect drops and the kinetics of point defects and defect clusters mutual transformation is discussed. The correlation of the maximal size on defect clusters with temperature and atomic composition of the material is established. The overcritical concentration of the point defects is shown to lead to their explosive type condensation. The proposed model can be used to explain the anomalous behavior of the irradiated semiconductors optical and electrical properties.

  Abstract
An exhaustive treatment of the first-order conservation laws for the free electromagnetic field -is presented. Manifestly covariant forms for all the elements of the class are found, being grouped into four conform-like series of divergentless currents. The expressions for all 84 basic conserved quantities are given, 35 of them having not been known before. Useful method to obtain a conform-like series of conserved quantities for an arbitrary massless field is presented.

  Abstract
In the relativistic hydrogen model of H.Sallhofer based on mikroscopic classical electrodynamics (not on quantum mechanics), a complete set of linear transformations, which interconnect the Maxwell equations in medium and the Dirac equation with mass m¹0 in the external Field j¹0 is obtained. A short analysis of new possibilities which appear after the taking inclusion of the complete set found is given.

  Abstract
The general solution of the Maxwell equations with the arbitary gradient-like current is found. The isomorphism between the manifold of a11 such solutions and that manifold of all the solutions of massless Dirac equation is established The relations are obtained which connect the creation-annihilation operators of the particle set having 1 and 0 spin with the creation-annihilation operators of spin 1/2 particles (m=0). The possibility of the types of quantization (both Bose and Fermi) for every field under consideration is demonastrated for the massless spinor field (spin 1/2) as well as for the set of electromagnetic and scalar fields (spin 1 and 0).

  Abstract
The curl-subsystem of Maxwell equations for the free electromagnetic field has now been demonstrated to be sufficient for its description, the divergent and the D'Allembert equations - to be the identities. The relativistic invariance of this subsystem of Maxwell equations is proved, the three additional symmetries are found — three representations of conformal algebra C(1,3) and three respective representations of 32-dimensional algebra, wich is isomorphic to the algebra C(1,3)Å C(1,3)Å{e}, where e is the duality operator.

  Abstract
A Lagrange function in terms of electromagnetic field strengths is constructed being is a 4- vector with respect to the total Poincare group P(1, 3), whose Eiler-Lagrange equations are equivalent to the Maxwell equations. The advantages of the Lagrange function proposed in comparison with the known pseudovector with respect to the P(1, 3) group Lagrange function are shown. The conserved quantitites on the basis of corresponding generalization of Noether theorem are found.
